PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 2-4 business days for order processing. Orders ship out: Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12PM Noon will ship out the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Orders are lovingly packed and shipped during designated office days to ensure accuracy, care, and sustainability.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. Please ensure your shipment arrived to a safe location for you to retrieve.Â
