At Sol Beauty x Wellness your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products - including skincare and personal care items, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. 

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item contact us within 30 days of receiving it so we can make it right. Email us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging
• Reported within 30 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase 

If your return is approved we will provide a return and shipping label and instructions.
